Challenge
One of our clients needed to reline its stores across the country, with a minimal amount of interruption to its operations and sales.

Solution
Pareto coordinated a national reline including the communication with and project management of ten suppliers. Each of 480 stores was audited to identify their specific requirements and all stores were re-merchandised based on the new floor plan and POG (planogram) in only fifteen weeks.

Results
