Sue Britton joined Pareto in January 2006 and leads the Direct Marketing division. Prior to that, Sue ran the Incentive and Loyalty division, including ELEVATE, an incentive program that utilizes Aeroplan Miles as the reward.
Prior to joining Pareto, Sue held a variety of executive positions at ADP DataSmart Solutions, Symcor, and Xerox Business Services.
