Mari-Lynn Misener joined Pareto in 2004. Her leadership has resulted in flexible, efficient operational processes and scalable technology solutions that meet the growing needs of our clients.

Prior to joining Pareto, Mari-Lynn was the COO of an incentives technology company and has held senior technology leadership roles in Sales and Customer Services with Netscape and Oracle.
