Born in Holland, educated in Europe and Canada, Don has a balance of entrepreneurial and corporate experience. Don created Partners in Performance—a North American leader in performance marketing, reward and recognition—which he sold to Maritz Canada in 1988. Don has been involved in start-ups, acquisitions, and divestures in Canada and Europe.
Prior to joining Pareto, Don was President of Maritz International and later President of Elevate Incentives, a joint venture between Pareto and Aeroplan.
